This team of leaders has over 100 years of combined experience in managing residential treatment centers, group homes, mental health facilities and  juvenile justice centers across America.  They are a proven team of leaders who have all managed State of the Art evidenced-based facilities and are all interested in vision and change.
Rondell Swope  CEO

Rondell began his successful career as a Police Officer in the Chicago and Denver metro areas. Later, he had the opportunity to work for the United States Commerce Department holding top-secret clearance for four years with the Special Police Service. Rondell then founded a Protective Services company that grew to include services in 20 states nationwide. He was also setting up security services and safety programs for major U.S. companies in Brazil, Mexico, Ireland and Canada, as well as designing a state-of-the-art safety program for corporate protection. 
Rondell has a wide range of experience emphasized on compliance, safety, and risk management. His former roles include being as a Regional Safety Manager, Director of Underwriting and Safety for one of the top 10 largest staffing companies. During his previous tenure, he was also very much involved with creating and maintaining d World Class Risk Management Program which won multiple awards that include:

2008 National Underwriters Award for Excellence in Work Comp Risk Management 
2009 Business Insurance Risk Manager of the Year Award
During his time as the Director of Underwriting and Safety overseeing the Western United States and Northern CA. Rondell was reasonable for Regional Safety Manager providing safety training to each location to help mitigate injuries and potential WC claims by implementing and maintaining various safety programs that included:
Oversee 40 branches in Northern California and Western US
Manage (5) regional safety managers
Safety training for direct reports, supervisors and managers
Complete risk evaluation and underwriting on each new account
Implement safety programs, conduct mock OSHA inspections
Investigate root cause and analysis for all on-site injuries

Dennis A. Banks  Vice President of Operation 

a native of Hammond, Indiana now resides in Aurora, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Saint Leo University and a Master’s degree in Urban Ministries from Aspen Christian College and Seminary. He also has a Life Coach certification from Destiny College International.  

After graduating college, he began his nearly forty-year career in juvenile justice in Lincoln, Nebraska. He spent twenty-five years at the Lancaster County Youth Services Center (formerly Attention Center for Youth) where he became the first African-American Superintendent. While there he wore many hats including Program Coordinator, Director of Training, Director of Security, and Assistant Superintendent. He was the point man in juvenile justice at a time when the system was undergoing many reforms and spearheaded the construction of a 60-bed juvenile detention center, a 20 bed Staff Secure facility, and an assessment center. He was also instrumental in recommending a litany of juvenile detention alternatives and initiatives. Understanding the importance of developing partnerships and collaborations, he stayed in touch with best practices in the justice system.

As an Ordained Minister, he retired from juvenile justice in 2006 to fulfill his dream of working full-time in ministry. Over a ten-year period, as Founder and Senior Pastor of the “Reach Out Christian Center Church, he cultivated a two-hundred plus member congregation, with many active in community outreach such as, missionary program, prison ministry, and drug and alcohol programs. 

He, currently, works with House of Healing, a specialized residential group home where he uses authentic approaches to engage and build relationships with youth. As a means to motivate students scholastically and creatively, he develops innovative audio/visual production programs, etc.

Pastor Banks is a former member of the American Correctional Association, Heartland Juvenile Services Association and the National Partnership for Juvenile Services.
